My Good Friend, My name is mrs tina sunday I am the regional manager of Standard Chartered Bank Koforidua branch Ghana. I got your information on a recent evromiental conference with other West African countries held in Lome the capital city of Togo in West Africa. I write you this proposal in good faith; I am 42 years old married with two lovely kids. I have packaged a financial transaction that will benefit you and I, as the regional manager of the Standard Chartered Bank it is my duty to send in a financial report to my head office in the capital city Accra at the end of each business year. On the course of the last year 2007 business report, I discovered that my branch in which I am the manager made Five million seven hundred and twenty thousand united state dollars($5,720,000.00) which my head office are not aware of and will never be aware of. I have placed this funds on what we call escrow call account with no beneficiary. As an officer of this bank I cannot be directly connected to this money, so my aim of contacting you is to assist me receive this money in your bank account and get 30% of the total funds as commission. There are practically no risks involved, it will be a bank to bank transfer, and all I need from you is to stand claim as the original depositor of these funds who made the deposit with my branch so that my head office can order the transfer to your designated bank account. If you accept to work with me I will appreciate it very much. My private phone number is above, call me if you think we can work together so that we can go over the details. Thank you in advance and May god bless you and your family.
Yours truly,mrs tina sunday
And my response...
Mrs. Sunday,
What a blessing it is to hear from you! In my faith Sunday is the day of worship and so it is fitting that my prayers have been answered by you, Mrs. Sunday. (Does your faith also worship on Sunday?) Just this past week I was praying for help in starting my new business. I have saved a considerable amount of money ($300,000) in hopes of buying an ice cream boat. In our country ice cream trucks travel around the roads and sell ice cream to children. I have always dreamed of building an ice cream boat and traveling along the shores of our great Mississippi river selling ice cream in different ports of call, as well as pulling up along the tourist riverboats and selling ice cream to the passengers. I soon realized that if I did not monopolize the market other people would quickly STEAL my idea. So I need much more capital. You seem to be providing the answer! Also when this transaction is complete, if you would be interested in a franchise (Perhaps to sell ice cream on the Oti River!) I would like to share this great idea with you. Do your people enjoy ice cream? What are the most popular flavors? In America Vanilla and Chocolate are the most popular, although I quite enjoy Rocky Road. I am sorry I have not been able to call you directly, but the "2" button on my phone is stuck and that has made dialing out very difficult. I think perhaps some marshmallow has seeped between the buttons and that has rendered my phone unusable. Please email me back with details on how I can help you and your two lovely children. God Bless you and your family!
We will see if anything happens.
Ever since that Robert Plant and Alison Krauss album came out I have been kind of interested in Alison Krauss. I think her collaboration with Robert Plant help push her to a little bit harder sound that is a big improvement over this album, not that this album is terrible, it has its moments, but it is not Great. 2.5 stars.
